29 Feb Session Cookies Support for Secured Resources
As webpages have no memories, users going from page to page will be treated by the website as a completely new visitor. Session cookies enable your website to keep track of the visitor’s movement from page to page so they don’t get asked for the same information they’ve already given to the site. Cookies allow visitors to proceed through many pages of a site quickly and easily without having to authenticate or reprocess for each new area.
To run its Automatic Responsive Design algorithm, the Zuznow platform needs access to some additional resources such as images and CSS style sheets (in addition to the HTML). To retrieve those resources the Zuznow platform initiates a separate HTTP request.
Some secured enterprise environments require the presence of a session cookie created during the authentication process to fetch resources. In this situation, the Zuznow platform simulates the session cookie while initiating HTTP requests, allowing easy integration with even the most secured enterprise environments.
